Mission Statement
The Florida Licensed Contractors Association has been established to promote the benefits of hiring a Florida Licensed Contractor. The Association will advocate the Florida Licensed Contractor by creating a positive awareness of licensed contracting and by pursuing to achieve a brand awareness. The Association will bring together licensed contractors of all trades to be recognized by the General Public as a group interested in the safety and welfare of the people of Florida and their relationship to the construction industry.
Inspection & Consulting Division
Excellence Property & Lifestyle Management, LLC established an inspection and consulting division, October 2007 in response to numerous requests for a dependable and "on time" Inspection & Consulting firm. We work exclusively with Realtors, Insurance Agencies, Lenders and Home Owners/Home Buyers doing Pre-purchase Home Inspections, Wind Mitigation, Four Point Inspections, Roof Certifications, Mold Assessments and Construction Defects/Progress.
We pride ourselves in the fact that our inspectors are State Certified General Contractors, Building Inspectors, Home Inspectors and Mold Assessors and Architects, all which have undergone background checks, carry all appropriate credentials and wear picture ID badges. This coupled with our twenty-four hour guarantee has had an overwhelming response. What this means to you is that once the inspection is complete you have the inspection report along with photo's within twenty-four hours. This, by far is the best in the business.
