Mission Statement
The Florida Licensed Contractors Association has been established to promote the benefits of hiring a Florida Licensed Contractor. The Association will advocate the Florida Licensed Contractor by creating a positive awareness of licensed contracting and by pursuing to achieve a brand awareness. The Association will bring together licensed contractors of all trades to be recognized by the General Public as a group interested in the safety and welfare of the people of Florida and their relationship to the construction industry.

The Owner & President of Excellence is a licensed Certified General Contractor, Certified Property Manager, and Certified Building Inspector with over 20 years in the construction and property management industries. He brings to Excellence his extensive general construction expertise in multi and single-family residential properties enabling us to perform everything from land acquisition, site layout, development, infrastructure, design, vertical construction and property management to remodeling and additions.
